Review Pressure Patterns
On Arenas
The 7 Q Arenasin each of 5 of the 7 Domains have been identified and analysed in terms of primary and secondary pressures.
- PH'1Q-Achieving Arenas
- PH'2Q-Knowing Arenas
- PH'4Q-Individualizing Arenas
- PH'5Q-Associating Arenas
- PH'6Q-Governing Arenas
Primary Pressures based on the structure of the Arenas appear to correspond to the Root & Primary Hierarchy order as originally identified for PH'2Q-Knowing.
Secondary Pressures based on how the Arenas are operated have also been identified and a common pattern has emerged as shown in this Table.
Arena | 1° Identity Pressure |
2° Operating Pressure |
Root Domain for 2° Pressure |
RL |
---|---|---|---|---|
Q7 | Selflessness | Acceptability | RL3 | |
Q6 | Autonomy | Well-Being | RL4 | |
Q5 | Understanding | Selflessness | RL7 | |
Q4 | Well-Being | Autonomy | RL6 | |
Q3 | Acceptability | Certainty | RL2 | |
Q2 | Certainty | Performance | RL1 | |
Q1 | Performance | Understanding | RL5 |
This order is not similar to any other Root projection and is also dissimilar to the hierarchies generated by forced reversal of the oscillating duality in Primary Hierarchies.
Within Arenas
Because each Q-Arena is constructed out of two Types, the psychosocial pressures associated with those are be expected to apply to them. This assumption must hold for all Domains. The pattern identified through studying all principal typologies and their spirals was as follows:
Type Order |
Psychosocial Pressure |
---|---|
Type-7 | Well-Being |
Type-6 | Selflessness |
Type-5 | Acceptability |
Type-4 | Understanding |
Type-3 | Performance |
Type-2 | Certainty |
Type-1 | Autonomy |
